Jesse Renteria – President & CEO

Mr. Jesse Renteria is the President & CEO of Ωmega Financial & Insurance Solutions in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has been in the insurance industry since 1998. Starting his career in Reno, Nevada, he eventually moved his prosperous office to Las Vegas in 2000. A successful entrepreneur and business mentor, Jesse displays innovation and ambition, embodying the message, “Don’t ever let somebody tell you…You can’t do something.” Jesse has grown his firm on a local level, and is continuing to inspire entrepreneurs all over the State of Nevada.

During his career as a district manager for a major insurance carrier, Mr. Renteria has worked with the top 10 brokerage firms and has recruited and personally trained over 100 agents providing solutions to local employers. His local service team is comprised of more than 17 insurance professionals and 25 certified benefit counselors. Jesse and his team are long-term partners averaging more than eight years working with premier clients and are dedicated to superior service.

In addition, Mr. Renteria is a regular contributor to Nathan Adelson Hospice foundation and an enthusiastic 51’s fan. Jesse recently volunteered his time in the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil building homes for local tribes. He and his family continue to call Las Vegas home.

Rachale Ramos Roach – Operations Manager

A native Texan, Rachale Ramos Roach has been a Las Vegas local since 1992. Rachale spent 15 years in the casino industry beginning in Table Games and working her way to Human Resources. She began her insurance career in 2007 becoming licensed in Life, Health, Property & Casualty. Rachale is well versed in identifying and analyzing operational risks. She is committed to empowering local businesses with a comprehensive understanding of Health Care Reform. As Operations Manager at Omega Financial & Insurance Solutions her primary responsibility is developing and mentoring new agents. She is also responsible for servicing of Omega’s clients.

In terms of her approach to serving customers, she says, “My experiences in the healthcare insurance sector have given me an advantage in understanding the complexities and risks associated in this ever changing industry. I am pleased to present and share that knowledge with clients of Omega Financial & Insurance Solutions

In addition, Mrs. Roach is a dedicated community advocate who has volunteered for such organizations as the Susan G. Koman Foundation, Inner City Games, and Habitat for Humanity.

Patti Carew – Account Director

Patti Carew is an Account Director at Omega Financial & Insurance Solutions. As such, Patti works to help employers manage the ever increasing costs and complexities of benefits, and to help provide their employees financial protection that they value and understand. At Omega Financial we strive to help America’s workers preserve and protect the vitally important things they work so hard to build. She reports to President and CEO Jesse Renteria.

Prior to joining Omega Financial & Insurance Solutions, Patti spent the last sixteen years as a retail store executive manager for companies such as Macy’s and Best Buy. Most notable is her five years with Kohl’s, a fortune 500 company, where Patti directed inventory management and in-store experience initiatives. Under Patti’s leadership and guidance, she was able to take her store and her team to the number one spot in the company on their monthly customer service scorecard two years in a row.

Patti studied at Taft College in Taft California. When not at work, Patti enjoys spending quality time with her family. Patti can also be found playing her all-time favorite sport of softball.

Anna Kalina – Benefits Specialist

Anna Kalina has joined Omega Financial team as a Benefits Specialist to help businesses and individuals with their supplemental insurance needs. Anna’s primary focus is educating people on the options available to them and on how to improve the quality of their lives, and those whom they love, with proper insurance protection. Anna understands the burdens and hurdles of the business owner’s relationship with employees and helps to choose the proper benefits that cater to the needs of both.

Prior to Omega Financial, Anna has worked in the Wireless Hardware Industry in Marketing and as a Salesperson. After 15 years in the industry, she changed her career with the goal in mind of helping the many people she cares about.

Theodore Smith – Account Manager

Theodore Smith attended University of Louisiana-Monroe where he studied psychology and played college football. Upon graduation Theodore moved back to his hometown, New Orleans, LA, where he began working in low-income charter schools. In addition to serving as the Dean of students, he coached football, basketball and track. Seeking a change of scenery and pace, yet still having a desire to help others, he moved to Las Vegas to work for Omega Financial & Insurance Solutions.

When asked, “Why Omega Financial?” Mr. Smith stated, “As I job searched, I came across a lot of companies and knew colleagues in our field that were all doing the same thing the exact same way. Yes, some of those companies were doing OK but being average is not in my blood and that mindset is shared with President and CEO, Jesse Renteria. Here at Omega Financial we think outside the box and foster a team environment that allows everyone’s voices to be heard.
